The Hawks were shutout on Saturday 5-0 by James Venne and the Melfort Mustangs in Nipawin.
The black-and-gold will have six days off before a crucial weekend set with the Klippers in Kindersley on Feb. 9 and 10.
Nipawin sits in ninth in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) standings, but is also just five points behind Estevan for fifth place overall.
Both games versus Kindersley will be on 750 Beach Radio beginning at 7:30 p.m. from the West Central Event Centre.
