Hawks add forward on deadline day; Fouquette reassigned to Nipawin

The Hawks will welcome back a familiar face on the blueline from the Western Hockey League and have added a 19-year-old forward on the junior hockey trade deadline.

Tre Fouquette has been reassigned to Nipawin from the Brandon Wheat Kings. The Warman, Sask. product scored three goals and added 18 assists last year with the Hawks. This year in the WHL the 19-year-old had a goal and three assists in 24 games.

The team also acquired Dallyn Peekeekoot from the La Ronge Ice Wolves. The Canwood, Sask. product has played 88 career WHL games with the Prince Albert Raiders.

Last year with the Ice Wolves Peekeekoot scored five goals and and added five assists in 37 games.
