Bernauer, Buckberger receive honours after big week

Bernauer, 20, was named the Forward of the Week thanks to his four goals and two assists in three games last week, two of which were Nipawin victories. He now has eight goals and 15 assists in 22 games since being acquired from the North American Hockey League.

Buckberger picked up his third weekly award of the season being named the Player of the Week. The 20-year-old had a pair of goals and four helpers in the first three games of the year. He leads the team with 15 goals (tied with Finley Radloff) and 28 assists in 35 games played.
