The Nipawin Hawks continue to struggle at the Whitney Forum losing 8-2 on the road in Flin Flon on Tuesday.
Ashton Tait was a bright spot for the Hawks scoring both goals in the loss, their 16th in a row against the Bombers. The 18-year-old Prince Albert product now has six goals on the season.
The Hawks will regroup and prepare for a weekend home and home with Melfort before taking a break over Christmas.
Friday the Hawks host the Mustangs at the ‘Cage,’ Saturday Nipawin will be at the Northern Lights Palace.
