Nipawin got goals from Finley Radloff and Conor Ryan Saturday at the ‘Cage’ but were downed 5-2 by Flin Flon.
Radloff’s first period powerplay tally was the 19-year-old’s fourth of the season, Ryan’s first in Niapwin came against his former club.
Nathan Claydon made 23 saves in the loss, Nipawin had 24 chances on Kenneth Marquart in the Bombers goal.
The Hawks were 1/7 on the man advantage, Flin Flon scored twice in five opportunities.
Nipawin is off until Friday, the Hawks are in Melfort and Humboldt next weekend.
