The Nipawin Hawks came out strong tonight, topping the Flin Flon Bombers 3–1 in front of the home crowd.
Captain Finley Radloff opened the scoring in the first period with his second goal of the season, assisted by Jaxen Smyth (2) and Ashton Tait (5).
The second period saw the Hawks add two more to the board. Carter Anderson (2) buried one with helpers from Sean Shiels (2) and Brady Seabrook (3), followed by a power play goal from Jack Janzen (2), assisted by Ashton Tait (6) and Will Whitter (4).
A solid performance from goaltender #1 Gage Roberts helped seal the win, backed by a strong defensive effort from the entire Hawks lineup.
Flin Flon’s lone goal came in the second on a power play from Arberry, assisted by Mucha and Stanton.

The Hawks now hit the road for a southern swing—Estevan on Friday and Weyburn on Saturday—before returning home to the Cage on October 21 to take on the La Ronge Ice Wolves.
