The Nipawin Hawks are happy to announce they have signed Saskatoon product Spencer Chestolowski to a Letter of Intent for the next Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) season.
Chestolowski, 17, played his AAA Under-18 hockey for the Saskatoon Contacts program. As a 16-year-old in 2022-23 Chestolowski scored 14 goals in 42 games, plus chipped in 18 assists. Last season he played 34 games and scored 13 times. He also scored four goals in four games at the Circle K Classic in Calgary.
The feisty, 5’11” forward also collected 128 penalty minutes in two AAA under-18 season with the Contacts.
The Hawks acquired Chestolowski from the Kindersley Klippers who originally drafted him in the third round of the 2022 SJHL Draft.
