The Nipawin Hawks earned a 5–2 win over the Kindersley Klippers on Sunday afternoon.

Nipawin opened the scoring in the first period on the power play, as #34 Konnor Watson (16) converted a feed from captain #11 Finley Radloff (9).

The Hawks added to their lead in the second period when #29 Tiernan Ryan (4) scored with an assist from #23 Carter Cole (8). Shortly after, #10 Will Whitter (11) made it 3–0, again assisted by ‘C’ 11 Finley Radloff (10). Kindersley responded with two goals in the period from Sautner and Johnson to cut the deficit.

In the third, the Hawks pulled away. #4 Braeden Jockims (1) scored with help from ‘A’ #7 Eric Hoiness (16), and #12 Jaxen Smyth (3) added a late goal assisted by #4 Braeden Jockims (2).

Goaltender #1 Gage Roberts stopped 31 of 33 shots to earn visiting team star honours and showing his exceptional skill in net. Shots on goal favored Kindersley 33–18.

The win keeps the Hawks into third place overall in the league and second in the UPL Division. Nipawin returns home on December 17 to face the Ice Wolves at the Cage with a 7:00 PM puck drop.
