The Nipawin Hawks Murray Dunn Player of the Month for April was awardet to Declan Hobbs.
Throughout the Hawk’s Playoff run this season Declan Hobbs has been a vital contributor for the team’s successes. Consistent net minding is proven while posting a .914 save percentage in the month of April and ultimately propelling the Hawks to claim the 2018 Canalta Cup Championship!
Declan recieved a $200 scholarship fund sponsored by Murray Dunn, placed in his named and to be used in pursuing a post secondary education after his eligibility as a junior hockey player.
